Description:
 
  • Maintains heavy equipment, installs new machinery and trains clients on operating procedures.
  • Prepares work assignments by studying work orders and schedules; organizing work; gathering supplies.
  • Repairs major structural components of machines, removes members and components from heavy equipment; shaping, fabricating, finishing, fastening metal parts using bench equipment and hand tools; verifying tolerances; installing finished assemblies and parts.
  • Installs new plant, trains clients on operating procedures.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Hydraullic and electrical diagnostics.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of portable aggregate processing equipment is essential.
Knowledge of Controls and Instrumentation,Hydraullic diagnostic, Engine Diagonistics, Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Documentation Skills,  Attention to Detail, Equipment Maintenance, Mechanical Inspection Tools
 

 
Sales Engineer
Sales Engineer will provide technical-services to clients.  A Sales Engineer will also offer factory automation solutions and trouble-shooting assistance to new and existing clients.  It is mandatory for the Sales Engineer to use their mechanical engineering knowledge to present technical support to the clients.  The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for educating clients on the value of products, while updating and reviewing product and system technical specifications and assist in resolving quality control issues from the field. The Engineer will also arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment and confer with customer sand engineers to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements.
 

 
Must have a Bachelor of science degree of U.S. equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
